Designed to be simple, robust and incredibly effective, it brought a new level of protection to fleets for the first time.

Wheely-Safe Driver remains a trusted choice for fleets that don’t require cloud connectivity – but that doesn’t mean it’s stood still. Our original system has continued to evolve, with enhanced sensor technology now offering greater transmission range, improved performance, and rock-solid reliability – keeping your vehicles protected with minimal maintenance.
All sensor upgrades have been achieved whilst retaining the easy-to-fit, easy-to-use nature of the original Wheely-Safe system. This sees the use of auto-pairing sensors which are installed without the need to remove tyres from rims, enabling rapid fleet deployment on both new and existing fleet assets.
Our sensor pairing algorithms have also been modified and enhanced, ensuring Wheely-Safe remains beautifully simple to install and operate.
Plus, we also now offer the option of manually paired sensors for applications where large volumes of vehicles operate in close proximity.
Protection you can trust
Wheely-Safe Driver delivers instant driver alerts in the cab for:
- In-motion wheel loss detection – allowing drivers to pull over at the first sign of the wheel nuts starting to loosen
- Wheel rim temperature monitoring – warning drivers if temperatures exceed 100°C, which could indicate brake binding or hub failure, and lead to a potential vehicle fire
- High tyre temperatures alerts – advising the driver if the air inside a tyre exceeds 100°C, often the first sign of a potential tyre blow-out
- Changes in tyre pressures – giving alerts in the event of either gradual tyre underinflation or rapid pressure loss.
- A cautionary ‘flashing amber’ notification when pressures are between 20% and 40% below the calibrated level.
- Critical ‘red’ alerts follow when a tyre’s pressure drops by more than 40%.
*Wheel loss detection and wheel rim temperature monitoring is primarily for commercial vehicles, available to fit 99% of wheel sizes from 17.5” to 22.5”. For other sizes, Wheely-Safe Connect operates as an intelligent TPMS, covering inflation pressures and internal air temperatures.

Wheely-Safe Driver doesn’t just stand alone – it works together with our WalkAround Checker and Sensor Checker accessories to give you complete confidence in your vehicle safety checks.
Whether you’re carrying out daily inspections or reading sensor measurements, our accessories integrate effortlessly with any Wheely-Safe sensor. The WalkAround Checker allows drivers to quickly read sensors and, if all is good, get the green light to head out at the start of their shift, while the Pressure Checker gives technicians a fast, reliable way to read tyre inflation pressures, highest wheel rim temperature and battery health.
Together, they make it easy to maintain compliance and spot issues early, which in turn helps to protect against unnecessary downtime.
